Once we have reviewed your submission, a member of our salon team will follow up with you to finalize the details of your appointment. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed upon completion of this follow-up confirmation.
Please note that your preferred date and time may not always be available. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

【Cancellation Policy】

A cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, as well as for no-shows.

Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to provide the treatment depending on the appointment schedule for that day. In such cases, a cancellation fee will also apply.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we may continue to provide smooth and seamless service to all of our clients.

【キャンセルポリシー】

ご予約時間の24時間以内のキャンセル、無断キャンセルにつきましては、
キャンセル料を頂戴いたします。

また、ご予約時間から10分以上遅刻された場合は、当日の予約状況により施術をお受けいただけない場合がございます。その際につきましても、キャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
