【Important Information Regarding Reservations】

For reservations and inquiries by email, please contact us at least 3 days before your preferred appointment date.

If you contact us shortly before or on the day of your preferred appointment, we may not be able to check or respond to your email in time, and therefore may be unable to accommodate your reservation.

If your preferred appointment date is less than 3 days away or your request is urgent, please contact us by phone.

Please note that submitting an inquiry does not confirm your reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us.

【Cancellation Policy】

A cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, as well as for no-shows.

Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to provide the treatment depending on the appointment schedule for that day. In such cases, a cancellation fee will also apply.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we may continue to provide smooth and seamless service to all of our clients.

メールでご予約・お問い合わせいただく場合は、ご希望日の3日前までを目安にご連絡をお願いいたします。

ご希望日直前または当日のお問い合わせの場合、メールの確認・返信が間に合わず、ご予約を承れない場合がございます。

お急ぎの場合や、ご希望日まで3日を切っている場合は、お電話にてお問い合わせください。

また、お問い合わせいただいた時点ではご予約は確定しておりません。
当店からの予約確定のご連絡をもって、ご予約成立となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【キャンセルポリシー】

ご予約時間の24時間以内のキャンセル、無断キャンセルにつきましては、
キャンセル料を頂戴いたします。

また、ご予約時間から10分以上遅刻された場合は、当日の予約状況により施術をお受けいただけない場合がございます。その際につきましても、キャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
